THE ULTRA4 TEAM CHARTER SYSTEM

The first round of Charters will be the group that ratifies the Bylaws of OUR new Organization.  If we exceed 100 applications, seniority will be determined based on number of U4 Races participated in, regardless of Series or Country.  This is not a hard cap, additional Charters will be made available after our Bylaws are ratified.
